Mulch, Mushroom Soil, & Top Soil

Wide varieties of mulch from single, double and triple ground. We also carry a wide variety of dyed mulches. Mushroom soil is a composted organic material that is perfect for gardens, flowerbeds, and soil conditioning. Our topsoil is by the yard or dump truck load. We have premium limestone and screened topsoil.

Agway Bagged Feed

We carry Agway’s premium bagged horse feed line along with many of their specialty mixes to cover a vast variety of farm animals. We also carry a full line of Baer’s mixes, especially known for our Kurtz Horse Feed, Meat Goat, and Layer Mash or Pellets.

Baer's Custom Blends

Baer's custom blend bird feed has been formulated from our own backyards. We have determined what seeds the birds of the region prefer and combined those to create a mix that will make the birds flock to your feeder.

Perrenials & Fresh Flowers

Fresh flower arrangements made to order for any special occasion with advance notice. We also have a large selection of zone hardy container grown perennials (Most of our perennials are grown on site). Heavy duty hanging baskets are available in sizes from 12" to 36" diameter. Available with strong chains for hanging or with a central hanging stem.

Shrubs & Trees

At Baer’s Garden center & Greenhouse, we have a wide variety of flowering ornamental trees and shrubs in early spring. We also have a season long selection of perennials, deciduous, and evergreen trees and shrubs.

Coal

We haul our coal from the mines in the heart of South Central PA, meaning it is one of the highest grade anthracites available in today's market. We keep a stock pile of coal over the heating season so those who do not need our delivery service can pickup coal in our yard.

Firewood

We have supplied seasoned oak firewood to our customers for over 20 years from the forests in Franklin and Cumberland Counties. With capabilities of cutting lengths from 12" to 26", we can make deliveries from ½ cord to 11 cord trailer loads depending on your needs.

Propane

We offer propane refills for anything from grill bottles to recreational vehicles.

Wood Pellets

Our wood pellets are made right here in Pennsylvania with all Pennsylvania Hardwoods, meaning that they are a true hardwood premium, low ash pellet. We begin buying the winter's pellet supply in April, so we can always offer our customers the best price possible. Mark your calendars, the best price is typically the month of June!
